Work Place Training Our employee relations program aims to provide a structured training program delivering flexibility in several modules for managers' supervisors and team leaders. The program will assist supervisors to develop the appropriate knowledge and experience to meet the demands and responsibilities that are associated with managing people, particularly in matters of Industrial relations compliance. - Supervision of people - Role of the manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Lines of communication, Effective Communication
- Industrial legislation - Fair Work Australia, Unions, Industrial Instruments (Modern Awards EBAs)
- Negotiating - Dealing with difficult people, Listening and assertive skills
- OH&S - Legislation (the Act) the managers responsibility.
- Counselling, disciplinary and termination procedures
The above core modules can be linked back into a supervisors' handbook which will assist the individual in their day to day role. The following modules will further develop a supervisor in line with business succession plans.
